Some have been used to the G4-HD-E series H.264 DVR but need more. NST announces the new G5 series H.264 DVR, replacing the G4-HD-E available in 4, 8, and 16 Channels. Unlike the G4-HD-E, the G5 is part of NST's Hybrid and Tribrid family. You can install a G5 Series DVR at a remote location and record simultaneously to a HS or XT Series DVR as if the G5 Series was an IP camera. The Tribrid series DVR s allow Analog, IP Cameras and the new HDv3 cameras on 1 platform. The new G5 series has the same sleek look as the G4-HD-E but allows much more flexibility.
